Roland and his team were absolutely incredible with my basement remodel. While I know Roland does many renovations, and this was probably just another project, this was a once in a lifetime project for me and he made it such an easy process. I appreciate him putting up with my indecisiveness, letting me take my time to make decisions, his attention to detail (even down to the screws in the light plate all being turned the same direction!) and his helpfulness with suggestions. I literally could not have asked for a better experience, or an better person to guide me through this stressful process! I have worked with Roland to flip a property in Detroit. He was very consistent, communicative, reliably on time and professional and most importantly does great quality work. He was able to handle everything we needed with ease (demo and install of bathroom and kitchen, light plumbing and electrical and drywall and carpentry) and was happy to adjust when needed to add things to be done as the project progressed. I’ve referred him multiple times already and will continue to as well as use his services on future projects of my own. Overall a great experience!

Roland and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only was the work performed wonderful, but they were extremely responsive, honest, and helpful as well.
